Job Title: TIO Action Tracker

Location: Washington DC – Baltimore Area

Activities: Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a TIO Action Tracker to provide direct administrative and technical support to the Director of Operations within the OEHRM Technology Integration Office. Work responsibilities for this position fall under three primary areas of support

Requirements

Basic qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
  • Experience gathering, compiling, and analyzing business process data specifically as it relates to IT systems and the business systems that rely on IT
  • A thorough understanding on how to identify trends, errors, and missing data
  • Able to reliably create alternate depictions of data to identify and highlight issues and clearly summarize findings in summary reports
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, any discipline is accepted

Preferred qualifications:

  • Able to translate complex budget data into an easily digestible visual format for reporting
  • Highly skilled in Excel and financial/budget modeling
  • Analytical and communication skills to interpret requests and identify appropriate owners in TIO
  • Experience in the VA
  • Experience working with government acquisitions
