Job Title: Service Administration Lead

Location: Washington DC – Baltimore area

Activities: Support the Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM) office by creating and/or applying existing survey tools to undertake a clinician and patient satisfaction survey regarding clinical use and patient experience with the electronic health record systems of the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Examine current survey tools and methods to determine relevance to existing tasking. Provide recommendations on efficient and effective survey collection. Analyze survey data to identify key findings and trends, communicate these to stakeholders for implementation. Provide input to content for conferences as informed by survey results and ensure the successful execution of those events.


Basic qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
  • Prior experience designing, developing and/or administering surveys
  • Knowledge of statistics; ability to determine appropriate sample sizing
  • Able to assess information and knowledge-based needs of healthcare professionals and patients
  • Able to characterize and evaluate clinical processeshea
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline


Additional qualifications:

  • Experience in VA or DoD
  • Experience integrating electronic health records a plus
